Well, guys, if you say "what a cute girl", I'll just say "thank you", without correcting he is a trap, actually XD This will only mean you didn't read the description.

This character is Sakura, and he is dressed as Queen of hearts, from Alice in Wonderland. Well, a gothic lolita version XD
He is also a member from yakuza, and likes to deceives others with his innocent appearence.
He is Tooru's cousin.
If Tomoya is Alice and Tooru is the rabbit, I though he would be perfect as the Queen XD

i love the style of the outfit - oh, have you read Are You Alice? it has a lot of the main characters as guys: Alice, Queen of Hearts, Hatter, Rabbit, Cat etc. actually now that i think of it all of them are guys X3

Or have you seen the other Alice Wonderland yaois in UYW - i like it when i see Alice in Wonderland stuff or fairy tales but with guys instead of girls

I love the drawing! I am confused by the description though because I don't know the characters, meaning Sakura and Tooru, but Sakura is really, really cute in that dress! I would've never suspected that he is a boy.
