Franken Fran is an addictive manga. Once you start reading it to a certain point, you can't stop anymore.
Too bad the manga isn't so well know as the others, I would love to see an anime version :heart:
If you can stand gore and lots of sarcastic and cruel humor, read it

Just started reading the manga.. it is nothing short of awesome, and strangely addicting! Your pic is awesome too, you got Fran spot on! Heh, part of me wishes Fran were my doctor, part of me is glad she isn't. And now every time I hear the word surgery, you-know-who pops into my head. ^^
