Sooo, first let me say I love the colours you've picked for this picture. They all go together very well and create a very nice atmosphere. I also love the patterns on her clothes, it's such a nice touch and adds a soft feeling to the whole pic.

Although the colours are well picked and add to each other, I think you should experiment with different hues a bit. Like shading the purple with dark blue and vice-versa. It would make the picture look more striking. Using purple and blue shades for her hair would be nice too. Just experiment when picking colours, sometimes the result won't do and sometimes it will surprise you how good it actually looks! Also I would add deeper shades on her skin, preferably purple or dark brown.

Her pose is good, I love the way you draw fingers, they look so elegant! And the pet is so cute too >w< Background is simple, yet nice and overall composition is great too.
